Welcome to the West of England & South Wales Airedale Terrier Club

There is little better than the sight of a well-groomed Airedale Terrier. The examples we see in books or at shows may seem a far off dream but it is easier than you may think.  With a little hard work and some expert advice you too could have a smart Airedale that people comment on when out on your walks!

WESWATC members can show you how to hand strip your Airedale at informal grooming classes, run by members of the club. These informal classes are held usually on the third Sunday of each month at the Community Centre in Winscombe, near Weston-super-Mare in Somerset. Learn in an informal setting by being shown the techniques by experts and you will soon learn how to keep your Airedale looking a fine example of the breed.

Come along to a class and see how it works, meet other owners, have a cup of tea and a piece of cake and let your Airedale join in the fun.

Cost is: £3.00, which includes tuition and refreshments.
